Established in 1991 by visionary Franz Gmeiner, the company has swiftly expanded, embracing a variety of sectors such as health and wellness, energy solutions, and hospitality. Achieving a significant milestone, we made our debut on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) main board in 2005, later transitioning to the ZAR-X stock exchange in November 2019. Presently, Orion operates as a privately owned entity in Hospitality, Commercial Real Estate Management & Development and Residential Living.
